What to include

• The screen or feature you were using.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• Your app version and build number.
• The approximate time of the issue and whether retrying helped.

Never send your password, Firebase token, Google token, API key, payment details, sportsbook credentials, raw GPT prompts, or private administrative data.

Common issues

Sign-in

Confirm you are online, return fully to the app after Google sign-in, and retry once. If the session still fails, include the exact error wording.

Match feed

Pull to refresh and confirm your followed competitions and filter summary. Report fixture names and kickoff dates if web and iOS disagree.

Analyze

Analysis runs only after an explicit request. If it times out, do not repeatedly tap. Reopen the match so BlueZone can reconcile the existing run without a duplicate request.

Odds or data

Odds and sports data can change. Include the fixture, market, displayed source, and timestamp. BlueZone does not place the wager.

Feedback

Use Send Feedback in the app when available. Its diagnostic summary must not include access tokens, bankroll details, or raw provider/model payloads.

Account deletion and privacy

Use More > Account deletion in the iOS app. If you cannot access the app, email feedback@bluezonebets.com from your account email. We will verify the request and explain any limited legal or security retention that applies.

Security reports

If you believe account or customer data is exposed, use the subject "Security report" and describe the issue without accessing, downloading, or sharing another person's data. Do not include secrets in the message.

Product boundaries

BlueZone is decision-support software. It does not accept wagers, connect your account to a sportsbook, guarantee outcomes, or provide emergency gambling-support services. For immediate gambling-harm support, contact a qualified service in your location.
