Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use sports decision-support software where you live. If local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies. BlueZone may request reasonable age or identity confirmation when required.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan, rate, or cost controls.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. What BlueZone provides

BlueZone organizes match, market, research, model, and account-preference information. Available features may include Matches, Market Preview, full analysis, Research Quality, Watch, Saved Views, sharing, and account settings. Features may change as the service improves.

BlueZone may show BET, PASS, WATCH, or other analytical states. These are model outputs for decision support, not instructions, financial advice, or promises. A PASS or no-recommendation state is a valid outcome.

4. No wagering service

• BlueZone does not accept, place, route, finance, or settle real-money wagers.
• BlueZone does not hold customer bankrolls or payment-card details for wagering.
• Any activity with an independent sportsbook occurs outside BlueZone and is governed by that provider's terms.
• You remain solely responsible for whether, where, and how you act on information.

Bookmaker names and icons are displayed solely to identify sources of market-odds information. BlueZone is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any bookmaker.

5. Data and model limitations

Sports data, lineups, injuries, odds, and schedules can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Model probabilities and confidence can change as inputs change. Historical performance does not predict future results. Always verify time-sensitive information independently before relying on it.

6. Responsible use

Never risk money you cannot afford to lose. If betting is causing harm or loss of control, stop and seek help from a qualified local resource. BlueZone may restrict access where required for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to access another user's data, private strategy logic, administrative tools, or server credentials.
• Automate paid analysis requests, defeat rate or cost controls, or intentionally create duplicate analysis runs.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its protected data except where law expressly permits.
• Use BlueZone to break a law, facilitate fraud, interfere with the service, or harm another person.
• Submit malware, secrets, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use.

8. Your content and feedback

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant BlueZone the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and support that content for you. Feedback may be used to improve BlueZone without an obligation to compensate you, but we will continue to handle personal information under the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may repair, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, cost, provider, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable care to preserve canonical saved analysis and account data during ordinary service changes.

10. Ownership

BlueZone and its licensors own the service, branding, software, presentation, and protected analytical methods. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the customer-facing service while your account is active.

11. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using BlueZone at any time and initiate account deletion from More in the iOS app. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment if paid plans are introduced, or legal requirement. Account deletion and limited retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, BlueZone is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to an evolving analytical service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BlueZone is not liable for wagering losses, decisions made outside the service, provider data errors, or indirect and consequential losses. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law. You should not use BlueZone as the sole basis for a financial decision.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BlueZone changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
